In using what is innate we are able to create "A" life, more than just worth living. Be who you were born to be.... Alternately... If you want to be someone be yourself. The road to this "self" may be difficult to manoeuvre at times - this group can impart tools, maps and vehicles for getting to where you want to go.

I am a qualified Hypnotherapist , run workshops in Self Hypnosis and it's science, The Manawa Method and am a Coach, Mentor and consult to individuals wanting personal expression, vocal expression and singing lessons.
