Authentic Amsterdam - Events for Presence and Connection

When working with people, whether in groups or one-on-one, there is an almost constant stream of signals and information coming your way. You can likely sense that this undercurrent has a lot to offer if only you could utulize it.

Often, it's not easy to truly listen to the information presenting itself, especially when you need to focus on the content or process of the session. As a result, you might miss important cues within the group or within yourself, leading to a sense that your session is somewhat floating or lacks a connection to deeper meaning.

However, we all possess an incredible and embodied intuition that, when relearned and applied in a training or coaching setting, opens up a whole new realm of group intelligence and emerging wisdom.

It's a space where we find ourselves in flow, present, and in touch with a bigger field of wisdom that extends beyond our individual selves.

In this two-day experience, you will learn how to access that space.
★ We will delve into interpersonal and intersubjective practices to surface group intelligence.
★ We will practice the art of connecting and attuning to various sources of intelligence, such as the relational field of a group, a system, or nature.
★ We'll open ourselves to receive valuable information from different sources and learn how to apply it in service of the group's work.
★ By honing our ability to connect with and attune to these various sources, we aim to enhance our intuitive capacities and enrich our collective experience.

During these two days, we will explore the following ways of doing and being:

• Circling
• We-Space practices
• Systemic work and family constellations
• Voice dialogue

You will learn:

• Interpreting subtle signals: How can we give meaning to the delicate cues that guide us?
• Clear Perception and Insights: Discover how to gain clear perception and welcome flashes of insight.
• Conveying Observations: Explore ways to express your observations without making it about yourself or the process becoming about you, learning pure and generative communication.
• Connection and Deepening Relationships: Cultivate deeper connections with yourself and others in the group.
• Heightened Awareness: Elevate the quality of your presence and mindfulness.
• Connection with Intuition and the Knowing Field: Learn how to connect with your intuition and the knowing field.
• Silent Center and Embodiment: Practice listening deeply to what emerges, embodying the wisdom of the body, and integrating nonlinear ways of knowing.

There’s an opportunity to bring a personal case or topic to the workshop, we offer several opportunities to work with your case through a (family) constellation or in other practices.
