The 25th Annual Coulee Classic Rally

In celebration of the 106th anniversary of the founding of Alfa Romeo and perhaps more importantly, Alfa's return to the US market, we invite you to join us for the 25th running of the Coulee Classic Rally.

The Coulee will be an easy all-paved Monte Carlo style rally using the excellent sports car roads running through Wisconsin’s ultra-scenic coulee country. We'll give you the distance and the amount of time to get to the next checkpoint. The easy to follow instructions and timing at its most straightforward make this an excellent choice for those new to rallying while the roads are guaranteed to keep the most experienced rallyists entertained. Run it as a timed event or just ignore the timing and drive it as one of the best tours that you’ve driven. We guarantee that you’ll see roads that you never dreamed existed in the Upper Midwest.

Your RSVP for one will cover both the driver and the navigator. Please Note: For those running the Coulee as a timed event, we require you to have a navigator to read the instructions, keep track of time, etc. While it is possible to run this event solo if you're not interested in being scored, we still recommend running with a navigator.

Meet at: Maiden Rock Village Park, on the shores of Lake Pepin in Maiden Rock, WI. Arrive early: The Smiling Pelican Bake Shop has a full line of breads and sweets – perfect for that mid-morning coffee and snack!

Registration: 10:00 to 10:45 AM

First Car Out: 11:01AM, First Car In: 4:46PM

Cost: Pre-registration by 6/25: AROC members driving an Alfa: Free; Italian cars & Jags: $10; Others: $15. Day of the event: $15; Italians & Jags: $15; Others: $20.

Classes: Equipped (Rally computer, Programmable Odometer); Stock (Stock odo); and Novice (Stock odo) (Less than 4 timed rallies) in both Modern (1991-on) and Historic (All pre 1991 + 91-94 Alfa Spiders).
