A lot of people are passionate about aviation, aerospace technologies and space exploration. This includes aerospace engineers, pilots, astronaut hopefuls, rocket science geeks, futurists, amateur astronomers and all the folks that thought we would be living on Mars by now.

I hope we can bring these enthusiasts together for seminars, company tours & discussions on the latest trends, technologies and missions.

Topics will include business jets, VLJs, GPS satellites, ISS, Space Shuttle, New Space Companies, The Primes, Homeland Security, "Moon, Mars & Beyond", Ares/Constellation and Space Sciences. But we will also be joining other groups in their seminars on all the enabling technologies including robotics, nanotechnology, software, etc.

This is the public outreach effort of Mass Aerospace Council, an industry association that brings the aerospace industry in Massachuetts together for business development, networking & seminars.

While Massachusetts might not launch rockets in this state, there certainly are a host of organizations & individuals that contribute to the field with consulting, engineering, research and manufacturing expertise. By some estimates, there are over 2300 companies in the state involved directly and indirectly in aerospace activity.
