Uptown Dinner Crawl! Try Food at Chima, Candy Fest, Whisky River & Suite for $15

Come join Awesome Random Adventures for our November Dinner Crawl. Here's your chance to try food from several different restaurants for only $15! This dinner crawl even includes admission into Candy Fest at Whisky River. What's Candy Fest?.... It's your chance to sample unique chocolaty desserts, specialty candy buffets, and Three Olives candy and dessert flavored cocktails! Tickets for Candy Fest alone are $20 plus $3.39 in fees. You're also getting appetizers at Strike City ($8-$15 Value), Amazing Food Buffet at Charlotte's best Brazilian Steakhouse Chima (Their Full Dinner starts at $54.00 per person there or if you went to the bar for appetizers you could easily spend $20-$30), and Free Admission into Suite ($10 Value) for only $15! This is an event that I'm really looking forward to.

For those of you not familiar with a dinner crawl... it's a lot like a bar crawl except every place provides food. All Night you'll get to mingle with other members of the group while enjoying great food. This is one of our group's most popular events... if you've never been come out and see why this event's got so popular with our group!

Cost of this event is going to be $15 which is more than fair for food at Strike City and Chima, Admission into Candy Fest, and free entry into our afterparty at Suite. You can either paypal the money to me at bradlyevans@gmail.com or you can do $15 CASH at the event.

Every venue will also have some vegetarian option available. I've spoken with every stop and they all say they will make sure we have plenty of food.... if any venues doesn't do a good job on food service they won't be a part of any future dinner crawls for us. I'm working on adding some more great things to this event so check back on this later.

This is the perfect event if you've never been to a meetup or haven't been in a while. It's really relaxed and it'll give you a chance to talk with other 20s and 30s in the Charlotte area.... The event starts at 6:30PM and will go till ???

I'm still working out the finer details but rest assured you're going to get some great food... I'll post menu's for each venue as the event gets closer.

Our Basic Itinerary (Subject to Change)

Check in, Registration, and Appetizers at Strike City (6:30-8:00)
Food Buffet and Drinks with $6 Caipirinha's at Chima (8:15-9:15)
Candy Fest at Whisky River (9:30-11:00)

Afterparty at Suite (11:15-???)

This is a paid event so please be aware of that before you sign up. Please get your wristband at Strike City. I honestly get really busy at these events... so either be willing to pay for your wristband or just skip the event. Cost is $15 whether you show up late, whether you only want to do some events, whether you want to go home early, whether you only want to eat at certain places, etc. We keep getting a few people come out to these events late, not get a wristband, then are shocked and complain when they don't get free cover, food, and get to be a part of the group activities.

I'm going to try and answer some frequently asked questions on this event. 1st, please make sure to bring enough cash to join ($15 per person) Please don't come out and say "I've only got my credit card". 2nd, I've posted the schedule so if you're running behind just go to the right place and ask for the meetup group.... we've done so many events in Uptown most venues are familiar with our meetup group. 3) I'm going to ask a favor & that is before you call or text me asking "Where are you?" that you at least make an attempt to find us (100+ party shouldn't be hard to find) so look at our schedule & ask the hostess of that venue. Reason being it might take me several mins to respond while dealing with other things with this huge massive event. 4) My phone number is 336-287-8474 if you have any questions. 5) You don't have to be at the event at exactly 6:30... our check in is from 6:30-8:00 but the sooner you get there the better. But if you can't make it until Chima or Whisky River that's ok too.
