Since our high intensity 'Body Back' classes are so popular, we decided to expand to offer high intensity boot camp classes for all WOMEN! Calling all ladies (not just moms) you are welcome to attend these hardcore boot camp classes in the park. Whatever your fitness goals may be: trying to get your body back after having a baby, toning up for an upcoming event, or just wanting to lose weight & get ripped- this class is for YOU!!
We will help you tap into your inner strength and get into the best shape of your life! These classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness so if your current fitness level is beginner, intermediate, or advanced- we can train you!!! If your schedule is hectic during the week but you still want to make fitness a priority- these Saturday morning boot camp classes are the perfect option for you! Don't sit there and think of a bunch of reasons why you can't make it to these classes- instead think of the reasons and ways you CAN! See you in class :)

**Branda's Saturday Morning Boot Camp Blast**
This high intensity boot camp class will never be the same class twice! It will include everything from cardio, strength training, running drills, circuit training, partner workouts, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and much much more! This is a full-body workout you will NOT regret!
When: Saturdays at 8am
Where: Big Rock Park in Santee
Prices: $12 per class (or $15 if paid on a credit card)- *Please bring exact change!

Body Back- Body Back® is a results-based workout program designed specifically for moms. Whether they just had a baby or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help any mom get her body back. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Most importantly, it will help moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.
These classes are held in 8 week sessions and pre-registration is required. Please check the calendar for the next session start date and contact Branda if you are interested in signing up!

Pilates Pump in the Park- Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. This class will be a combination of standing and mat pilates exercises.
