Ashdown Forest, Fairwarp and Nutley Circular - 11 miles


Details
An undulating circular walk through the attractive south eastern area of the Ashdown Forest, including Old Lodge Nature Reserve, a section of The Wealdway and Nutley Windmill. Pub lunch at the Foresters Arms (http://www.forestersarmsfairwarp.co.uk/food-menu/) in Fairwarp (contact leader in advance to reserve a place), or picnic on the village green.
Cars required. Kindly post a comment if you are able to offer any members a lift from Brighton, south end of Preston Park for a prompt 9:35am departure, or state an alternative location and the relevant time. Pace = Moderate. 1200 feet of ascent and descent.

NB. Travel expenses are divided equally between the driver and the passengers, with the rate currently being 30p per mile for car sharing arrangements.
We don't ask you to pay to join us on your first three walks. Afterwards, in order to continue walking with our group, you must become a paid-up member of the Ramblers.
