An attractive circular walk in the High Weald, beginning from the picturesque East Sussex village of Frant. It includes a forest nature reserve, parkland, woodland, a lake, unusual rock formations, and some urban twittens. Lunch stop in the renowned Pantiles, Tunbridge wells, where there is a choice of cafés and pubs.

Cars required. Kindly post a comment if you are able to offer any members a lift from Brighton, south end of Preston Park for a prompt 9:25am departure, or state an alternative location and the relevant time. Leader will be going directly to the starting point.

NB. Travel expenses are divided equally between the driver and the passengers, with the rate currently being 30p per mile for car sharing arrangements.

We don't ask you to pay to join us on your first three walks. Afterwards, in order to continue walking with our group, you must become a paid-up member of the Ramblers.
