MailUp is an email marketing platform used by over 8,000 paying customers in over 50 countries. It's available in multiple languages and sold both directly and through agencies/resellers, sometimes in a whitelabeled format.

The software is the result of over 10 years of work, with all the good and the challenges of a multi-year development history. A new version of the core product is released every 6 weeks, with 2-week sprints that adopt the SCRUM methodology.

Massimo Arrigoni is the Chief Product Officer for MailUp and will speak about lessons learned, things that he is still trying to figure out, and the challenges of making it all work with a team that is also geographically dispersed.
