This group was created for those who would like to join others for monthly meditation and reap the vast array of benefits meditating creates for the body, mind and spirit.  This is guided meditation and will often be spiritual in nature. Some meditations will be enhanced with aromatherapy, crystal healing, Reiki, music or sound healing.  We invite and call in Angels, Archangels, Spirit Guides, Masters, Creator and others to add their Divine energy and light to heighten our experiences.

Beginners and experienced meditators are invited to join.  A variety of meditations are offered, including the works of Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Abraham-Hicks, Mariane Williamson and other less well-known, albiet very good, presentors.  Our Group Leader and Meditation Instructor, Debbie Sansom, offers her creations as well. We do energy balancing and clearing exercises, relaxation, creative visualization, healing meditations, grounding and focus on the Personal OM.  Our focus is on deep inner transformation in the belief that doing so benefits humanity and the planet.

There is a $5.00 fee per class payable in cash at the event.  Please try to bring exact change. Bringing a bottle of water is recommended to keep yourself hydrated while working in the higher energies and doing deeper breathing exercises.

Meetups are held on the second Tuesday of each month. This is subject to change.  We may expand to more frequent meetups in the future.  You must sign up on this site and register your RSVP to attend meetups.  You must be at least 18 years old to join.  First and last names are required. Group or business names are not permitted nor is joining for promotional purposes (business, services or products) as its not in alignment with the intent and purpose of our group.
