Join us on our photo walk through Vancouver's Gastown district.
The walk will be led by Kerri-Jo Stewart, an international award winning photographer who has earned the Master Photographer designation and is currently the Professional Photographer of Canada's BC Photographer of the Year. You can see her travel photography on her site, Kerri-Jo.com:
On our walk we will see a variety of environments making this a great walk to learn many new photography skills, perfect for any skill level. In addition to the basics you will get tips and tricks about composition and other guidlines and ideas. Kerri-Jo will encourage your own vision so you can show people how you see the world through your images.
Bring any camera along with your ideas, questions and walking shoes to walk around, socialize, have fun, shoot cool stuff and learn to take better images!
After the walk, we will pick a spot for those who are thirsty and who want to compare techniques – optional.
BCATW Members are Free. Non-members will be charged $10.
