This is the best Firefly and Serenity Meetup Group in the 'VERSE!! Dong ma?

We are a multi-demoninational group - we just loves us good sci-fi - Whedonesque and otherwise.
On Fridays we go to La Fontana Caffe in Burnaby to visit and watch shows. Currently, depending on what's on, we watch Dollhouse, V, Stargate Universe and Caprica. When we have time we throw in other sci-fi stuff. Check the calendar. Everyone is welcome! Come on down and get your geek on!

Our 2009 CSTS Charity Shindig was tremendously successful. We sent $3,000 to Equality Now and gave $750 to BC Woman's Hospital. Gayle has already started planning for CSTS 2010, so if you want to help, have suggestions, prizes or Nathan's or Joss' personal email address, please contact Gayle (Assistant Organizer).

The new tv series, starring the beautiful and teensy bit scary Morena Baccarin, "V" is back this week from its long hiatus. It airs on Tuesdays, but we're going to tape it and watch it on Fridays at La Fontana, because Friday is, well ... Geek Night.
