Chris Geady, Senior Solutions Engineer, Blackbaud Canada
Chris is a Blackbaud solutions expert with over 13 years experience in Raiser’s Edge, Financial Edge and Blackbaud’s full suite of online fundraising products. Chris has worked with hundreds of nonprofits to improve efficiency and better meet their mission. Prior to Blackbaud, Chris served at three non-profit organizations in marketing, events and IT capacities. More recently Chris was the Director of IT at Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation in Toronto overseeing database management, campaign and financial reporting, and IT infrastructure.

Jeff Gignac, bCRE-Pro, CFRE, President & Chief Solutions Architect, JMG Solutions
Jeff is founder of JMG Solutions, which has been helping nonprofits work with and connect to the Raiser’s Edge since 1998. When not working with his nonprofit clients, Jeff teaches courses on fundraising, strategic planning and other topics at Humber College in Toronto, Canada. He is a Certified Fundraising Executive and active member and supporter of the Toronto chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Danielle Johnson Vermenton, CFRE and Principal Consultant, Blackbaud
Danielle Johnson is a principal consultant at Blackbaud. For the past four and half years Danielle has been part of the Go! Team at Blackbaud helping nonprofits in the US and Canada learn and apply best practices and strategy using Luminate Online. She is a popular consultant and speaker at Blackbaud and is often called to present at events like Digital Leap, AFP Planet Philanthropy and others. Prior to Blackbaud, Danielle worked in the nonprofit industry in roles such as director of individual giving at Boys & Girls Clubs, leadership giving manager at the Red Cross and director of development at HUGS for Kids.

Patricia Tynan, MT, Sr. Marketing Manager, Blackbaud
Patricia is a marketer, communicator, and trend spotter with over 15 years experience working with nonprofit and government organizations. She currently serves on the Board of directors for Front Steps, an organization dedicated to ending homelessness in Austin, Texas. Patricia is a frequent writer and speaker focusing on the nonprofit and social technologies. Her recent speaking engagements include: WTS International, Social Media Bootcamp, AFP’s Development and Finance Symposium, AFP Houston's Meet the Experts and the Emerge conference for nonprofits.

Lara Wong, Account Manager, Blackbaud Canada
Lara works with Canadian nonprofit organizations to evaluate and strategize their fundraising goals and determine the best Blackbaud solution to meet their needs. Lara has over 15 years experience in the nonprofit sector including event management, peer to peer fundraising, marketing, major and online fundraising programs, volunteer management and program management. Lara is an active volunteer in the Ottawa community as a Board Member, coach and fundraiser. Prior to Blackbaud, Lara worked in development and communications roles for the World University Service of Canada (WUSC - EUMC), Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada – BC, One Change Foundation, AIDS Foundation – Vancouver, Women's Legal Education and Action Fund (LEAF) and the United Way.
