Mission Statement:
Our mission is to support individuals with myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS/CFIDS) and Fibromyalgia and to provide educational resources so they may better cope with these conditions. We will do this through educational events, open discussion, group support and occasional guest speakers who work in the field.
We aim to:
*Develop a safe, nonjudgmental support network between members so they may connect and offer support to each other.
*Foster empathy, understanding and a positive outlook.
*Offer a space in which members can share their perspectives and experiences.
*Expose members to a variety of educational resources.
Group Format:
All support groups have moved online as of March 2020.
