Join Amy O’Connor, Cloudera’s big data evangelist, as she discusses the best approaches for bringing Hadoop to your business. Learn how to evaluate the options surrounding the deployment and use of Hadoop, how to build your Big Data team, and how to develop the right mindset for successful Big Data programs.

Her technical areas of focus include Big Data and analytics, Open source software development, Social Media, Data management, Cloud computing. Amy is presently a Big Data Evangelist for Big Data solutions at Cloudera. Most recently she led the Big Data group at Nokia, and prior to that she was the Vice President of Services Marketing at Sun. She holds her B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Connecticut, and her MBA from Northeastern University.
