Founded by Dr. Paul Foster Case in the 1920s, Builders of the Adytum ( is a Mystery School and training order based on the Western Mystery tradition. The Qabalistic path is sometimes described as the "Yoga of the West," as it has much in common with esoteric Eastern spiritual practices. B.O.T.A. members receive weekly lessons in Tarot, Qabalah, Alchemy and related disciplines. The coursework is challenging and far-reaching. The Denver B.O.T.A. Study Group meets on the second Sunday of each month. On Meetup, we will be announcing our upcoming group activities. Everyone is welcome, and we hope you will join us! In addition to the Study Group, Group Ritual Work is also available to Denver B.O.T.A. members. Combined with the lesson material, this can be a powerful catalyst to personal development. After completing the requisite initial coursework, members may request to be initiated and to participate in our healing ritual work of Pronaos. Can't make it on Sundays? B.O.T.A. lessons are designed to be studied on your own, in your spare time. To learn more about membership and the coursework, go to Builders of the Adytum is a non-profit organization.

This Year begins a New direction in the Denver Study Group, I Frater Michael Schuessler have taken on the position of study group coordinator, and as a Group Denver has decided to venture, into the future with the Ann Davies lectures. In the 1970's Ann Davies, Paul Foster Cases successor, set up a lecture series based on the Tarot and Holy Qabalah, within theses lectures are some wonderful gems, which we have decided to use as a new series of study, in the Denver Study Group.

This month Jan. 2014 we will begin with "Spiritual Power in Occultism" lecture created 6/14/1970

Each and every other month we will chose another lecture, listen and share the inspirations within the group setting, ranging from the above to the Tarot Keys and the Tree of Life, even special holiday lectures and more!
This is a going to be a wonderful and new direction for then Denver Study group... and I am really excited to be part of it with you!

Also the group has created a mission statement, a focus of intention for the future of the group as a whole...

Hope to see you all there!
Frater Michael

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
