I've established this group in the hopes of connecting with others like me just starting out on their boxing training.
One of the rare sports that allows you to use muscles all around your body. Plus, most of all its actually FUN to do it. not like in the conventional gym workout ;)
Fitness boxing tones your abs, legs, and arms while burning calories as well as boosting your metabolism. This empowering workout will not only get you in the best shape but will provide you with self defense techniques.
You will be training for 1 to 1.5 hrs at a time of extreme cardio workout at boxing training center in GLEBE LEICHHARDT PCYC GYM.
This training isn't fighting with another person so don't be alarmed. Although when you get advanced enough you will given a choice to do sparing with others!
This group is for people who is in their beginner level and you don't need to be in perfect shape. "O" is a shape too!
No attitudes or ego in this group please!
I will organise a boxing training session 1-2 times a week all you need is to turn up and meet new people whilst getting fit together!
When the club gets big enough we will have monthly socials, other activities too ;)
No age & gender restrictions. If you live in Sydney and willing to commit at least once a week for 1 to 1.5 hr, then this group is for you. You will find that this 1.5 hr will FLY past by.
