Introduction to Backbone.js class

Backbone training for beginners! We use Backbone.js pretty heavily here at Pantheon and are hosting a Backbone.js training meetup for several internal engineers and the wider Backbone.js community. This will be mostly hands-on training, so bring your laptop. By the end of the night you'll have built a small Backbone.js application. There'll be a short 10-15 minute introduction to basic Backbone.js concepts and Brunch.io, a powerful build tool for Web Apps. Then we'll turn you loose building a small Backbone.js app. You'll learn how to use Backbone Views, Collections, Models, and Routers and Brunch.io to build powerful, speedy Javascript web applications.
