Its claimed that 84% of the United Kingdom's adult population will experience at least one episode of back pain at some point in their lives, for many people this becomes a chronic ongoing problem.
I hope we can discuss issues such as; informing the police, taking legal action, using the NHS, exercise classes, private health and employers.
Is there a confusing array of advice, treatments options and therapies, which do you choose? and why? What works and how long will this take? (& cost?)
I am not an experienced rehabilitation specialist or therapist and my aims for this group are not to inform, support or discuss the current and previous options for managing this often debilitating condition.
This group is open to any adult who has had back pain or a back injury that has not become painful yet. You want to avoid future episodes, wants to become stronger or more active but is understandably cautious.
I am happy to listen your experiences, but not to share my expertise with some simple and cost effective solutions to help you improve your movement, state of mind or well-being.
