Hi and Welcome to my group!!!

Imagine being able to walk for just 15 minutes yet get the benefits of an hour workout!!! That's what Balance Walking can do for you.

You might know Balance Walking as Pole or Nordic Pole walking. We use a set of specially designed walking poles along with shoes that engage more of your core or torso muscles. The technique is really simple and easy to learn.

Balance Walking evolved as a way for cross-country skiers to stay in shape year around. It has been proven to be 50% more beneficial than walking alone for burning calories and increasing cardio vascular exercise. It also uses 90% of the body's muscles by engaging the upper body.
