The purpose of this group is to create a fun, fast-paced, dynamic, creative and supportive structure to review, critique and encourage one another in completing our works.
We are open to fiction and non-fiction.
We meet weekly at Ukazoo Books in Towson, Maryland, with two authors a week submitting works for review by the entire group. Please see the File section of our Meetup Page for the current works on review. We also have a optional weekly prompt, where you write 500-700 words (or 1-3 pages) on whatever feelings or ideas the prompt brings out from inside you. Please see the File section of Meetup for the current prompt for the week. After the authors finish submitting their works, those who participated in the prompt share their prompts to the group for further discussion. For more details, contact the Organizer, Robin Peace.
The group is open to all but space is limited. If you are interested in joining, please attend a meeting and meet the group. Meetings are every Sunday from 1pm to 3pm.
