Stop Beef: Using tech to prevent retaliatory violence

We'll talk about bringing Stop Beef (http://stopbeef.com) a "matchmaking" app for murder mediators to Baltimore. The goal is to create a place for people to anonymously submit tips about beefs between people in the streets.
