I brought 2 developer/designer friends with me to introduce them to Drupal. There was some good information presented at this meetup.
The only issue I had with the meetup was the few people who could not follow the simple rules of a polite society.
    1. Phones off or on vibrate.
    2. If you are looking things up on your computer during the meetup, have the volume muted so that you don't start playing the audio of a video during the class. (This happened twice)
    3. If you are going to take pictures, which people do at most meetups and Drupal Camps, don't talk about the photos to the person sitting next to you. This was going on for quite a while and was very distracting.
    4. And most importantly, if the topic is below your level, don't talk during it. In over 2 hours there was only 5 minutes when people were not talking, whispering, and blabbering. There are people at these events who want to soak in the information being presented, not hear people whispering off topic.

It was great. I learned a lot and met some good folks. I also liked the free beer. I will be back.

It had some good information, but it was a little noise. Will def attend again. Gathered some good stuff to follow up on.

Good information! Good gathering! Really surprised how many people showed up. thank you so much for organizing the two presentations (Drupal 101 and Themes) for last night's meetup.

Good news. Kristian is going to talk about hot new themes for D7 and what's being done with html5 and responsive-design. And yes, sub-themes.

    Please cover sub-themes.
