After a hiatus, Baltimore Lean Startup is coming back as Baltimore Startup Founders.

Baltimore Startup Founders is a hybrid meetup group for anyone looking to discuss the many aspects and challenges of being an early-stage startup founder. This is an opportunity to dive into all the various moving targets that an entreprenuer will need to deal with and (hopefully) master, including:

• Evaluating market opportunity and determining viable niche(s)
• Conducting customer discovery
• Defining product requirements
• Developing your Minimum Viable Product (There's your Lean Startup reference)
• Securing early adopter customer(s)
• Achieving customer success
• Bootstrapping, funding, scaling and exiting
• and lots of other founder skills and responsibilities

BSF focuses on a combination of interactive educational talks and casual conversation around member-driven issues and scenarios. Basically, it's a chance to learn, chat, problem-solve and collaborate with fellow founders and aspiring entrepreneurs. The goal is low pressure, high value meetups with meaning.
