Lean Startup 101

Lean Startup is not a theory. Lean Startup is about execution that relies on a hypothesis-based and data-driven approach to learning and decision-making. We present five speakers who are executing and have kindly agreed to share with us their tales from the entrepreneurship frontlines, affording a general overview of startup challenges and Lean solutions. It is in this spirit of shared learning that we inaugurate the Baltimore Lean Startup group.
