Steve Blank is fond of saying that startups are not smaller versions of big companies. Conversely, established companies are not larger versions of startups. Innovative organizations must balance the needs of existing lines of business with the challenges of exploring new business models. How established companies learn to manage this tension is the theme of this meetup.
