Come join us for drinks, good food and killer conversation with our two guest speakers at Capital Studios (http://www.capital-studios.com):

• Vince Talbert, cofounder of Bill Me Later (https://www.billmelater.com/index.xhtml), which was bought by eBay a few years back from nearly a billion bucks.

• Ken Holt, the CFO of hot Baltimore startup Woofound (http://www.woofound.com), which has raised over $2 million in financing.

The theme of the evening? Second Acts.

Both Vince and Ken have had long successful careers. They'll each talk about the early parts of their career -- the ups, the downs -- and how they're lately diving into new waters. Vince has become an active angel investor in Baltimore. And Ken, who could've retired after a long and fruitful career at Morgan Stanley, chose to forego the golf course to get his hands dirty with a promising startup.

Our group will take over the Capitol Studios coworking space (http://www.capital-studios.com), and we'll have drinks and light food.

Location: Capital Studios (the second floor ABOVE the Heavy Seas Alehouse)

Cost: $10/pp for food; $5 a beer; pay at the door.
