ROAD BIKES ARE NOT ALLOWED

This April, BCG is organizing a ride in the Coorg. Join us for this exclusive ride feeling the fresh air, cruising thorough the green coffee plantation. Mesmerize yourself with the offerings of nature.

Its amateur cycling event at aloft of Coorg, midst of nature and beside banks of river Cauvery,
one way 50km stay under tent or room 4k per person. (mandalpatti is also famous as mugilupete)

Package includes

• Transportation of the rider and bike to and from Bangalore Comfortable bus

• Well maintained canter for your bike

• Don’t have a bike. Not to worry.Bikes are available for rent.

Stay:

• Stay will be at home stay near MandalPatti in a room / tent according to availability

• Details of HomeStay will be updated soon

• You can go ahead and order some Coorg cuisines in homestay

Imported bikes can be rented at 800 Rs for the event. These bikes can be merida, trek , canondale, schwinn, Rockrider or Giant.

Confirm your participation by paying the complete amount. We can take only 25 riders along with us and this will be on a purely first come first serve basis.

Ride details

The total distance of the ride would be around 110 kms, we have split this into three parts. In an emergency ride can opt out of riding and get into support vehicle.

TIME : 5am reach Kushalnagar hotel and have refreshment in hotel

TIME : 6 am start your ride toward Harangi

Difficulty level: medium.

TIME : 8.30am Harangi on the way may river Banks

TIME : 9.30 complete your BF

TIME : reach Makkandur by 12 noon

TIME : 1PM lunch and rest

TIME : 3PM ride starts to Mandalpatti

TIME : 6.30PM reach home stay near Mandalpatti (can go out to catch the sunset)

TIME : 5am start towards MandalPatti catch sunrise U turn and ride towards Makkandur

TIME : 9.30/10am am Makkandur BF

TIME : 10.30am finish BF Ride towards Harangi

TIME : On the way rest in between reach Harangi by 1 noon

TIME : Start again at 3.30 PM on the way river banks fun
