For companies in Thailand, especially SMEs and Startups, recruitment is not easy. Finding fresh graduates and recruiting them is actually a hard job. Most job boards and recruitment agencies focus on experienced employees and senior management position. Few are interested in sourcing employees with limited experience to employers with limited resources.

This Startup founded by 2 former students of major Thai universities take a different approach to recruitment: They ask fresh graduates and young professionals to create a profile and to mention their job preferences (industry, position, location, etc.). They also ask employers to give detailed job specifications and requirements. And then, with the help of a specifically designed algorithm, they match both.
