Kickoff meeting and Soft opening of Bangkok MakerSpace.

This kick-off meeting is to invite everyone that would like to get involved with Bangkok's first MakerSpace. I would like to hear from you what you would like to have in a MakerSpace so that it enables you to do your projects.

We have an Ultimaker 3d-printer, lasercutter, heat transfer prints machine, even a SIEG C4 lathe for those metal parts.

Want to make electronics, we have soldering stations, oscilloscope, multimeters, parts, etc. And if you work together with someone it canb e so much more fun.

Anything you want to make from, wood, plastic, metal. You will have the machines available to do that.

Do you want to make your own 3d-printer or cnc machine. Build an eighties retro style computer you can program in basic for under 1000 baht, no problem. It will be agreat learning experience for you and for kids. So bring them along on our workshops.

We have the machines and skills to do it and share.

Make art from wood metal, plastic or any other material. Our laser cutter makes perfect cuts in wood and perspex.

If someone would like to use the Bangkok MakerSpace to do a presentation, or would like to teach people we definitely want to hear from you and meet you.

And of course, us makers, will finally have a place to make those things you want without using your mothers kitchen, or the dining table, or the bedroom for all your stuff. I live in a condo and now the restrictions. :)

In Bangkok MakerSpace you are able to do what you can not do at home. And we will love you for it!

Meet others with similar interests to broaden each others knowledge and share experiences. All in a laid back environment where nobody think you are crazy when you want to build that robot, automatic bartender, scale model, steam engine etc.

So much is possible!
