This group is designed to help you learn more about strategies to acquire Bank Owned Real Estate in a "Real World Environment". Each month we will go into the "Field" and physically inspect properties to determine preparation costs needed for resale and or rent. We'll also analyze these same properties in all keys areas of value and monthly cashflow. Our goal is to help put all the pieces together to enable investors to make solid investment decisions that will lead to increased returns while decreasing risk. This all takes place in a relaxed learning environment without any pressure. We will bring along our Contractor for repair costs estimates and our Lender for Mortgage options and loan program questions. We have 20 years of experience working in this specific area as Realtors, Lenders, and Property Managers. We also Property Manage 20 plus properties and have personally closed over $400 million in transactions in this immediate area. Yes, we know the area quite well. We have personally bought, sold, invested, and managed Investment Properties here in the Bay Area and beyond. We look forward to sharing our experiences with you; the good, the bad and the ugly.
