Parts Integration Exercise
Have you ever felt torn between different ‘parts’ of yourself that seem to be in conflict with each other?
You may have even noticed yourself using the words…’on one hand I feel…on the other hand I feel’
For example: Part of me wants to go to the gym and get in shape but another part of me can’t be bothered
Conflicting parts can include anything from beliefs and values, unhelpful habits, procrastination or physical symptoms and can have a negative effect on achieving goals and outcomes
Learn how to resolve inner conflicts with this easy and fun exercise
The NLP exercise that we will learn is called Parts Integration, a great simple process to gain positive learnings and integrate any inner conflicts we may have
· Integrate inner conflicts, creating an increased sense of inner harmony
· Achieve a clearer understanding and positive learnings on physical symptoms, limiting beliefs and unhelpful habits
· Make decisions more easily
· See a current issue/situation with a new positive outlook
· And most importantly have fun learning a new valuable NLP technique!
The session will last for 90 minutes and will follow this structure:
20:35 Introduction to Parts Integration and demonstration
20:50 Practice in pairs using the new technique, and depending on how the session goes we should be able to swap partners to gain more practice…and more positive insights!

Session Fee & Costs
The fee is 2€, which helps to cover the organising effort on my part…and my drink!
On top of the meetup fee, you will have to buy a drink at the venue in order for us to be there for over one hour.

Originally I trained in Fine Art and Textile Design and after 5 years working in the Textile Industry in London I realised something was missing from my life. I wanted to help other people regain control and balance in their lives. In 2009 I started researching and attending workshops and then changed career path to help others experience the life they deserve. Since qualifying as a NLP practitioner and setting up Emma Bradford Natural Therapy I now feel more in control and ready to share my skills with others.
