"Using my bare feet to refine my running style also hoping to avoid a number of nagging pains. I have run in minimalist foot gear for about two years but just recently started running with naked feet."

"Hello, started running in VFF back in the spring of 2011 after reading Born to Run. Love running in the woods, mostly in huaraches so far, but hoping to do that barefoot soon. Barefoot is my preferred running method now."

"I am relatively new to long distance running, but as a long time decathlete and personal trainer, I am well aware of the benefits of barefoot running. Slowly but surely I am increasing my barefoot mileage! I hope to run a barefoot half next year!"
