The Barony of Castel Rouge is celebrating its 45th Anniversary with a Venetian Carnival.
There will be epic battles between the Venetians and the Turks - in Armour, with Rapiers, and with Bows and Arrows.
On Sunday evening the Victors will host a masked ball for everyone. Masks will be judged and prizes will be awarded. Mask blanks and the supplies to decorate them will be provided starting on Saturday.
Mistress Ainesleah, will be sponsoring a best new garb in the Baronial colours contest. The garb does not need to conform to the theme of the event.
This is first and foremost a party so there will be cake. Simple, elegant white cake as well as that most glorious of flavours...chocolate cake
