Basic Yoga Class No recent ratings

You will learn basic breathing techniques and simple asanas (poses). The practice of Yoga is to create balance in the body by developing strength and flexibility. This can be done through correct breathing and the performance of poses or postures. We will do these slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the asanas.
