Bay Area Bigtop Horror Hack-a-thon

We plan to have scary amounts of fun hacking at:

• Release 0.8 install-a-thon to get devs up to speed with Puppet based installation of a fully functional cluster
• Finalize the roadmap for 0.9 (or shall it be 1.0?) * Try out new docker recipes
