I would say I am somewhere between cook and chef

How do you know what an authentic dish should taste like, and from what geographical location(s) have you lived?

I have primarily lived in San Diego and the Bay Area. I am less concerned with authentic than I am with flavor and interesting textures and combinations of ingredients.

How long have you resided in the San Francisco Bay Area, and for what purpose?

College and graduate school. Roughly 5 years now

So that the Organizer doesn't have to expunge Members from this group, are you friendly, forgiving, not a gossip or a whiner? Also, are you willing to learn from and share with all kinds of people? (We love diversity in our food and friends!))

I detest gossip and I only drink wine ;)
