Susan Pease Gadoua, LCSW, is the founder and director of the Transition Institute of Marin. She has been holding divorce support groups and divorce information workshops for the past ten years throughout the SF Bay area.

Author of two books, Contemplating Divorce, A Step-by-Step Guide to Deciding Whether to Stay or Go, and soon-to-be-released, Stronger Day by Day, Reflections for Healing and Rebuilding After Divorce (July 2010), Susan understands the divorcing woman's experience from start to finish.

If you are like so many other women going through divorce, you need emotional support, a sense of community, a safe place to laugh and cry, and professional guidance.

Using knowledge, wisdom and humor, Susan has helped hundreds of women come out of divorce with a new view on life, a new (or renewed) sense of empowerment and new best friends.

Groups are held in San Rafael Monday and Tuesday eves ( 6 pm to 7:30 pm) as well as Wednesday late mornings (11:30 am to 1:00 pm). Group cost is a flat rate of $140 per month.
