Bay Area Ghost Hunters (BAGH) is primarily a networking group for the free flow of paranormal information both in person and on the internet. We meet at least once a month at a haunted location somewhere in the San Francisco Bay Area to socialize. We also organize other functions, such as ghost tours and investigations in between.
For anyone looking to have a haunted site investigated, please contact our organizer to be put in touch with the leader of a Bay Area ghost hunting team. No membership or fee is required for anyone requesting help.
Members range from having no experience to thoroughly seasoned researchers and investigators. We also have some who reside outside of California. All are welcome to join and gather information. When visiting the Bay Area, we hope they’ll be able to stop by one of our meetups.
Membership is free, although we will occasionally offer meetup functions that will require a fee to participate to cover organizational expenses.
We have an e-mail list that is available to members, but is used only for announcements and all messages are pre-screened to cut down on the glut in members’ inboxes. Members have the ability to turn off the e-mail list, but they will miss last-minute announcements, such as the one requesting people to join the TAPS-style investigation we had last November. Turning off email from the group also removes the ability for other members to send individual private messages.
Feel free to explore our message boards for conversation, where messages will post immediately. This website also offers space to post photos and files members would like to share (click on the More drop menu).

We also have a group page at Gather.com:
But most of all, this group is for people who have a common interest in the paranormal and want to have fun sharing information and their personal experiences. We hope all members enjoy their time with BAGH.
