I'll be completely honest: I just like horror stories. I'm an atheist who finds the idea of ghosts/spirits/souls a little too complex to fit in the world properly, but I love delving into the psychological aspects of why a situation seems to be etherically 'wrong' or people feel haunted by something. So. I love hearing ghost stories, I'd love to be included in the discussion, and I will appreciate, respect, and treat shared paranormal experience as if they are real even if my personal belief tells me there's probably a more boring explanation.
Only in the loosest psychological sense, it ended up having a very rational conclusion. Love it, though.
Mostly I just like to hear stories.
Books like 1001 Ultimate Ghost Stories was always my favorite way to spend a dark, gloomy evening as a kid.
