I currently own a Nikon D90, (I know, I know, upgrading to D7000 when I'm able) , not the best HDSLR, but it is what it is. On the plus side though, I build accessories for HDSLR's including rod support systems, LCD loupe viewfinder adapters, Matte boxes, and currently in development I'm working on a camera slider system. I've got the camera base finalized, but still working out the actual physical rails for the base to slide on.
Whatever I feel can be captured successfully, and practically at any given moment.
As I do have a website showcasing some of my cinematography, post production, and photography work, the site was built by yours truly so unfortunately the interface is unacceptable for me to post the link here. However, I do have a YouTube account containing a few past projects. It's at http://www.youtube.com/videoscape
I have two, 50mm 1.4, and the 85mm 2.8
Although my inspirations tend to be derived from a general perspective of the world around me, if I were to point to a specific genre it would be fantasy, sci-fi, anime, faulty personalities ,national geographic, etc.., but as far as who, no one in particular. Personally the primary inspiration driving me is to utilize the talents I've painstakingly honed, and the tools bestowed upon me to educate, entertain, and enlighten people in a positive, non-violent way.
Hello fellow Nerds! Since being knee high to a grasshopper there was a video camera available. It was one of those first models that connected to half of a VHS recorder/player that weighed what seemed like a ton at the time. Been shooting since.
This group is organized by a seasoned professional, and anyone with a passion for shooting motion with HDSLR would benefit from this group.
