Source tools, package management, and containerization

We have three 30(ish) minute talks this round:

Joe Nelson will be talking about source navigation tools like ghc-mod, hscope, codex, hasktags etc and how to integrate them with an editor.

James Douglas will be talking about the Nix package manager, and how to use it in addition to (and in place of) Cabal.

Chris Biscardi will be talking about Dockerizing Haskell applications covering a few different approaches (from naive to optimized) to development and deployment with Docker.
