Bring your projects - patterns you're about to make, WIPs (works in progress), or completed garments (successes and failures) - and let's discuss fabric choices, including why you chose a particular fabric and why it worked (or not), what fabrics you're considering for an upcoming project, mixing prints, working with directional fabrics, and more!
What fabric do you choose for a garment? Do you follow a pattern's recommended fabrics or do you ignore the suggestions? Is there a "wrong" fabric or not? What "wrong" fabrics have you used in a garment?

Location: Stonemountain & Daughter Fabrics, 2518 Shattuck Ave., upstairs classroom space. Street parking is available (watch the meters!). The store is within walking distance from the Downtown Berkeley BART stop.
NOTE: They only have 21 chairs so the RSVPs are limited to 21. If you cannot make it please update your RSVP status immediately because there are several people on the wait list who would like to attend. Thank you!
