Depending on the size of the group we either
a. do individual intros in front of the group and/or
b. switch through smaller groups in a quick, highly intentional manner to get max. touch
without compromising too much on connection.
8.15 pm to 8.30 pm:
Very IMPORTANT and useful Announcements pertaining to opportunities to use this group to maximize returns in business terms to you.

8.30 pm: Closing and Thank you

After 8.30 pm, typically most people like to continue networking. We will continue to remain open as long as we can within the limits of logistics and the time table of the location management.
