In this class with Bethanne Wanamaker and Ronnie Landis, raw chocolatiers and raw food nutrition educators, you will master the art of homemade raw chocolate-making and herbal alchemy. If you’ve always wanted to learn how to make superfood and herbal infused raw chocolate desserts from scratch – like the pro’s, this training is for you. Bethanne and Ronnie will demonstrate the ins and outs of how to make a variety of different recipes including chocolate bars, fudge, truffles, chocolate bark / brittle, double layered raw chocolate cake, frosting, sauces for drizzling, chocolate chips, pudding, and raw chocolate mylks – all packed with massive amounts of high level nutrition.
We’ll explore the wide array of ways to make decadent chocolates in an affordable way, and you’ll gain insight into the fascinating history, properties and benefits of the world’s most favorite food! It will be the most fun history lesson you’ve ever experienced! By obtaining the skills to handcraft your own medicinal chocolates, you’ll learn how to use this powerful food, raw cacao, as a catalyst to strengthen immunity, fill in nutrient deficiencies, and easily take your health to the next level.

On the 1st day, we’ll kick off our weekend with a beautiful sacred ceremony as we share our group intentions, both individually and collectively, with traditional Caribbean cocoa balls infused with cinnamon, bay leaf, and nutmeg that Bethanne received during her recent trip to Barbados.
