BayLISA Monthly General Meeting - All Welcome

Our November meeting will feature the annual unofficial BayLISA membership drive and board elections.

We currently have four seats on the board up for this year's election. Board members serve a two year term and are eligible to serve as officers of BayLISA for one year terms. All board members are crucial to the efficient and responsive operation of the BayLISA organization, and can do this in an average of 1-2 hours a week of time and effort.

We may have last-minute changes to our meeting theme for November.

Depending on some late schedule changes, we may be including a roundtable on the future of BayLISA and what our members/attendees are looking for from the organization. This is a good opportunity to get involved in helping to improve the organization, and perhaps to find something interesting to work on as we grow and improve.

Our meetings are scheduled for 7:30pm on the third Thursday of each month, at Yahoo's Building E in Sunnyvale, California.

BayLISA includes system and network administrators across a range of skill levels. BayLISA meets to discuss topics of interest to system administrators and managers. The meetings are free and open to the public.
