This group was formed to help you experience the benefits of meditation using simple techniques.
You may find this to be a good way to relax, calm your mind, reduce anxiety, think more clearly, raise your energy level and feed your spirit.
Having studied these techniques for many years, I felt it was time to bring them home to the South.
I am here to share with you what I have learned with this practice, which had been handed down through a lineage of spiritual masters from India.
