I decided to start this group because of my love for teaching fitness and nutrition to all of our members! We teach Outdoor fitness classes (aka: bootcamp) in beautiful outdoor locations like Vasona Park, Campbell Community Center, and Willow Glen High School Track.

I am the lead trainer, and we have 4 other degreed and certified trainers leading safe and extremely effective workouts!
