Just writing to share with you an interesting thing I noticed today.
We have reached 300 online members in the Buffalo Live Food Community. What a wonderful thing to celebrate! I remember when there were 20 people just a few years ago.
If you are one of the regulars of the group, then you know just how fun and inspiring it can be.. If you are not a regular, or if you have been meaning to check out a meetup for a while but haven't had the time, I would suggest you check out either of the following: the Raw Food Party in Buffalo on Sat 7/21; the Live Food Potluck on Sun 7/29.
They are both a lot of fun, and I think you'll find yourself surprised that you were able to go so long without being a part of and enjoying what this community has to offer! There's a lot of love here.
I hope you can join us in adding to the love and supporting the lifestyle that you have envisioned for yourself and those that you love.
We look forward to seeing you soon "in the flesh" (NO, this is not a meat-eaters group!!! ;)

Welcome to a continually expanding Community founded on healthy living. Live plant-based foods are nourishing on every level of Being, helping to sustain a healthy mind, body, and soul...AND they taste really, REALLY good! Meetups focus on natural health with an emphasis on a live plant-based food lifestyle; we share, discuss, and educate each other on a variety of issues such as live plant-based foods, organic agriculture, environmental issues, yoga, meditation, spirituality, massage therapy, energy healing... Transitioning to a live plant-based food lifestyle is a process that requires knowledge and support, both of which can be found in this group. It is an excellent resource for those who are interested in taking responsibility for their health or simply want to learn how to make healthier food choices. If you are curious about living foods, I warmly invite you to explore how eating LIVE helps one to feel more balanced on every level – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
I hope you will join us.
