Wow, this really depends upon the day. Somewhere in my top ten is Hair of the Dog's Blue Dot, Hair of the Dog's Greg (!!!!), Chuckanut Pilsner, Stoup Red & IPA, Pelican Brewery IPA, Cascade Sang Noir... I could go on.
How important the local craft beer industry is to not only building community within our neighborhoods, but to boosting local economic vitality. Our neighborhood breweries are most likely to donate to non-profits and participate in local events, most likely to bring people together and solidify relationships, they employ our neighbors, keep small businesses busy (food trucks), inspire tourism for the city, and provide mash waste for local farms.
I'm a community-driven gardener, photog, beer lover! I'm often on my bike, hiking, sampling tasty brews, pulling taps at Stoup, or photographing events and epic athletes all over the world! I'm also a Flying Bike Co-op Board Member.
